I stayed at this self-contained studio flat for a short period of time, and it was perfect for my needs. The flat was clean, well-equipped, and exactly as shown in the photos. The host was responsive and helpful, despite not seeing them in person. The location was convenient, with nearby trams to the city center and local supermarkets. Having a washing machine and kitchen facilities was a bonus. Parking on the street was no issue during my stay.

The host was exceptionally kind and helpful, providing us with a key for late access due to our attendance at Splendour Festival. The room was exactly as shown in the photos, spacious and well-facilitated with a variety of amenities including a washing machine, oven, microwave, and kitchenware. The location was convenient, with a 15-minute stroll into the city, local shops and a petrol station nearby, and easy access to public transportation. our stay was excellent and excellent value for money.

We had a great stay at the self-contained studio flat. It was well equipped with a fully functioning kitchen and a comfortable bed. The location was convenient, with just a short 10-minute drive to Queens Medical Centre. The host provided thoughtful touches like a cooler cube in the room. Despite the area not having the best reputation, we felt safe and had no issues during our stay. we highly recommend this property, especially for longer stays due to its amenities.
